Subject : 1ST MONTHLY ONLINE KAPIHAN AT TALAKAYAN 2021 WITH CHEDRO-III ON THE GRADUAL REOPENING OF HEIs FOR LIMITED FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC

The Commission on Higher Education Region III shall conduct the 1st Monthly Online Kapihan and Talakayan 2021 on the CHED-DOH Joint Memorandum Circular (JMC) No. 2021-001 “Guidelines on the Gradual Reopening of HEIs for Limited Face-to-Face Classes during the CoVID-19 Pandemic” on 16 February 2021 at 9:00 AM via Zoom Meeting.
The Presidents/Heads/Designated Officials of the HEIs in Region III are cordially invited to this event. Further, to ensure consistency of the implementation of said JMC, the HEIs are requested to extend this notice of event to their respective local government units (LGUs) for their attendance to the event and participation as well.
The participants may register using https://forms.gle/Lwbj6HQVS4K5eiuR8 on or before 7:00 A.M. of 16 February 2021. At the end of the online registration form, HEIs are requested to signify (or not to signify) their intent to apply for the gradual re-opening of limited face-to-face classes for a particular semester/academic year. The Zoom Meeting links/credentials will be posted on the screen right after completing the online registration. Please save or copy the said credentials to login for the event.
The HEIs intending to apply the gradual re-opening of limited face-to-face classes, must submit their application documents to CHEDRO-III for verification of completeness of documents and information. Only HEIs with complete application documents and information shall be inspected by a composite evaluation team of CHEDRO-III, LGU, DOH and/or IATF official/representative.
