NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
Notice is hereby given to all interested parties that the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and the Department of Health (DOH) will jointly conduct an Online Public Consultation on 16 August 2021, 09:00 a.m., via Zoom to solicit comments/recommendations on the Draft Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 11509 entitled “An Act Establishing A Medical Scholarship and Return Service Program for Deserving Students, and Appropriating Funds Therefor.”
Kindly register through this link https://tinyurl.com/DoktorParaSaBayanPubCon prior to the activity date. The meeting credentials of the online public consultation shall be sent to the respective email addresses of the registered participants.
The copy of the draft IRR shall be available upon request of the interested parties to llmd@ched.gov.ph. Please submit your comments and/or recommendations on the Draft IRR of RA 11509 to the same email address within three (3) days before the conduct of the scheduled online public consultation.
