SIKAP Grant for PART-TIME STUDY is open to Faculty or HEI Personnel employed in an HEI duly recognized by CHED, with any of the following employment status are qualified to apply:
1. Tenured or with plantilla item including those on temporary appointment; 2. Full-time Contractual or Contract of Service 3. Part-time faculty
