Subject : STATUS OF VACCINATION FOR FACULTY MEMBERS, NON-TEACHING PERSONNEL AND STUDENTS OF HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS IN REGION III

The CHEDRO-III appreciates the initiatives of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in Region III on having their faculty members, non-teaching personnel and students vaccinated in preparation for the conduct of Limited Face-to-Face Classes and to achieve herd immunity.
As mentioned during the mobilization and town hall meetings, all HEIs in Region III are requested to submit to CHEDRO-III using the prescribed google form (https://forms.gle/QMaGvQ9mm94YRrDw8) , the data on vaccination of faculty members, non-teaching personnel and students every Tuesday for consolidation of CHEDRO-III and submission to the CHED Central Office for deliberation and discussion during the Regional Directors Meeting with the Executive Director on attaining at least 80% of the student and faculty population vaccinated before the end of November 2021.
In this connection, please be informed that the consolidated vaccination data of all HEIs in Region III is attached as of 18 November 2021, 7:00 PM. Vaccination reports submitted beyond the said date and time are not yet included. The same list will be posted at CHEDRO-III Official Website and Facebook Page for proper information of stakeholders on the total number of employees and students who were already vaccinated.
