Commission on Higher Education Central Luzon Regional Office III (CHED CL RO-III) organized a simple surprise thanksgiving celebration for Dr. Leonida B. Sigua-Calagui, Regional Director, on April 26, 2022. CHED CL RO-III staff rendered special numbers as their expression of love and appreciation to Dr. Calagui. Dr. Nids in her message said, “Wala na akong masabi, I am moved and happy.” Wishes of good health and happiness were given to Dr. Nids as she remains to be the life and soul of the CHED CL RO-III.
