An Orientation on Customer Management Training on Basic Videography for Documentation was conducted by the Office of Planning, Research and Knowledge Management (OPRKM) at Hotel Stotsenberg, Clark Pampanga on September 26-30, 2022. The said training was attended by representatives from all the CHED Regional and Central Offices. CHED Central Office was represented by Mr. Jerrold Dizon and Ms. Patricia Ann Fabian
Dr. Leonida B. Sigua-Calagui, Regional Director of CHED Central Luzon Region III, gave her opening remarks and welcomed all the participants. She enjoined everyone to stay at the Commission and to continue honing their skills so that they can serve more efficiently and effectively.
Mr. John Wesley Calagui, Officer-in-Charge, Information Technology Officer III of OPRKM, gave the program rationale and the objectives of the training one of which is to learn the basics of photography and videography. Mr. Calagui also stated that at the end of the year the OPRKM will launch the CHED TV.
Mr. Bon de Guzman, a professional video and film maker, gave a lecture on the orientation on customer service through video documentation highlighting some pointers on the importance of camera settings in videos in different lighting conditions.

Participants filming for the given activity.The 3rd day of the training focused on the topic of Basics of Shooting and Recording. The speaker was Mr. Gerold Dela Cruz, a professional film editor. Mr. Dela Cruz gave a lecture on the basics of shooting and recording as well as the introduction to basic video editing. He also discussed the use of some video editing applications like Adobe Premier Pro and Adobe After Effects. The participants were given time to make their videos as part of the activity and apply the techniques shared by the resource persons.

At the end of every output presentation, the Speakers gave their comments on the videos presented. What they liked and the areas needed to be enhanced. Every output presented have different approaches in terms of video recording and video editing. Some have short skits and some were more on the promotional side. Lastly, all outputs were commended by Mr. De Guzman and Mr. Dela Cruz that despite the given the short period of time for the shooting and video editing, everyone was able to produce satisfactory outputs.
