Becoming a Better You: CHED CL RO-III capacitates Personnel in Public Speaking and Voice Projection

The Commission on Higher Education Central Luzon Regional Office III (CHED CL RO-III) capacitated its personnel in public speaking and voice projection on April 26, 2022, at the Bendix Bldg. Dolores, Mac Arthur Highway, City of San Fernando, Pampanga. One of the mandates of the government is to build effective communication with the public, making this one of the indispensable roles of every public servant. Engagement through public speaking is a competency that CHED Central Luzon continuously hones. Mr. Romeo Dela Rosa, President, Richwell Colleges, Inc., facilitated the workshop on voice projection.
